Choose your piece and we hold it for 24 hours, so nobody else can buy it while you decide. Nearly everything here exists exactly once, which is why the hold matters.
Tell us where to send it — name, phone, address. No password to remember and nothing stored that we do not need.
We work out the delivery charge for your address and email you the final amount, with the UPI ID, the bank details and a link back to your order. Delivery depends on the weight of the parcel and where it is going, so this is done by a person rather than guessed by the website. Nothing to pay until then.
Pay by UPI or bank transfer, using the amount in that email. One tap opens GPay, PhonePe or Paytm with the amount and your order number already filled in, so the payment arrives with a reference we can find. We check it against the bank ourselves and confirm it — nothing is marked paid automatically. You get a confirmation and a tracking number, usually within one working day.

- How do I pay? Do you take cards?
- By UPI or bank transfer. There is no card payment on this site and no account to create. After you place an order we work out the delivery charge, email you the final amount with the UPI ID and the bank details, and you pay from your own app or bank. Somebody at the centre checks the payment against the bank statement and confirms it.
- Why does the delivery charge come later?
- Because it depends on the weight of the parcel and where it is going, and the website cannot know either until somebody has the pieces on the counter. The checkout shows an estimate so you are not in the dark, and the exact amount is emailed before you are asked to pay anything.
- Is a piece held for me while I pay?
- Yes — for 24 hours from the moment you order. Nearly everything here is woven once and exists exactly one time, so the hold is what stops somebody else buying it while you are paying. If the payment has not arrived by then the hold lapses and the piece goes back into the shop.
- How much is delivery inside India?
- It depends on the address, and it is free on orders above ₹5,000. The checkout shows the range for your pincode and the exact charge is confirmed by email before payment.
- Do you post outside India?
- Yes. Delivery abroad starts at ₹100 and rises with the weight; the exact charge is worked out by hand and emailed to you before you pay. Orders posted outside India start at ₹2,000 of pieces, because below that the postage is worth more than the parcel.
- When will it be posted?
- Within 3 working days of the payment being confirmed. You get the courier's tracking number by email when it goes.
- Can I return something?
- Yes, within 0 days. Tell us before you send it back so we know to expect it.
- Who makes these pieces?
- Adults with special needs learning a trade at Aadhi Learning Centre in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. The weaving is Saori, a Japanese method with no fixed pattern, where the weaver chooses each colour as they reach it — which is why no two pieces are the same. We name an individual maker only where they and their family have agreed to it.
