What we keep, and for how long.
To send you an order we need your name, phone number, email and delivery address. We keep those with the order, because we have to be able to answer questions about it later.
We do not store card details, because there is no card payment on this site. A UPI payment reference you send us is kept with the order as evidence of payment.
We record which pages are visited so we can tell what is working. Visitors' network addresses are shortened before they are stored — enough to tell which city someone is in, not enough to identify a household. The full address is kept only briefly, for checking fraud, and is then deleted automatically.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the centre and we will do it, and we will tell you when it is done.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, or with how we answered, the panel below names the person to complain to and the time we hold ourselves to. That route is in addition to your rights under the law, not instead of them.
If something goes wrong
Complaints go to Natarajan, Grievance Officer at Aadhi Learning Centre. We will acknowledge what you send within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
Using this does not stop you from going elsewhere. You keep every right the Consumer Protection Act 2019 gives you, including complaining to the consumer commission where you live.
Ask a person
Nothing on this page is a form to fill in. If something has gone wrong, or you are not sure whether it has, say so and somebody will answer — usually the same day.
