Delivery
How your parcel travels.
Nothing is posted until a payment has been confirmed, and the charge for delivery is worked out by a person rather than guessed by the website. Somebody weighs the parcel, looks up the postage, and emails you the amount before you are asked for it.
A bulk order takes longer than a single piece, and we tell you the date before you pay rather than after.
You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If it has not moved in a few days, tell us and we will chase it — that is our job, not yours.
